«Багнет» узнал, какие факторы являются определяющими при выборе дома для покупки квартиры в Киеве. Оказывается, киевляне больше заботятся о своем здоровье, чем о количестве проведенных в пробках часов.

Рейтинг основан на результатах опроса читателей «Багнета». Опрос проводился с 25 апреля по 3 мая 2012 года. Опрос не является репрезентативным или социологическим исследованием.

Для большинства читателей «Багнета» (17.65%) определяющим фактором для выбора дома является экология района, в котором он находится.

На третьем месте - инфраструктура района (12.99%).

Четвертая позиция в рейтинге принадлежит парку или скверу поблизости дома (11.30%).

Пятый приоритет - близость дома к местам, где часто бывает покупатель (9.13%).

На шестом месте – близость дома к метро (8.98%)

Седьмой приоритет - возраст дома (8.79%).

Восьмая позиция – за развязкой наземного транспорта (5.65%)

Наличие места для парковки является важным для 4.05% читателей «Багнета»

Престижность района играет роль лишь для 4.02% опрошенных.

И наименее важным фактором при выборе дома является отсутствие пробок на важных дорогах (2.63%).

Но стремление к комфортной жизни остается лишь стремлением для большинства киевлян. Главным фактором при выборе квартиры остаются… деньги. А точнее – их отсутствие.

«Определяющим фактором при выборе жилья сегодня является цена квартиры. Спросом пользуются как квартиры старого жилого фонда, так и квартиры в новых домах», - отметила в эксклюзивном комментарии генеральный директор сети агентств недвижимости Real Druzi Людмила Друзенко.

Также пользуются спросом новые ЖК на окраинах города. «В первую очередь - благодаря привлекательной цене», - сообщила Друзенко.

По той же причине не падает популярность «хрущевок»: «Спрос на «хрущёвки», вероятно, будет держаться ещё долго за счёт низкой стоимости квадратного метра таких квартир. Однако активное строительство более качественного жилья, бесспорно, постепенно снижает интерес к «хрущёвкам».

Жертвы аферы 'Элита-центра' до сих пор без квартир

В столице жителям новой 23-этажки на улице Лайоша Гавро отключили лифты, а вскоре обещают полностью отключить электроснабжение.

Проблему вызвало недоразумение между застройщиком и коммунальщиками. Те выясняют, кто кому и за что кому должен заплатить деньги. Одни говорят о долге в 87 тысяч, другие о трансформаторной подстанции стоимостью полмиллиона гривен.

"Киевэнерго" неправомерно хочет, чтобы холдинговая компания передала бесплатно в собственность ТП", - объясняет председатель правления "Киевгорстрой" Михаил Голица.
