Lose That Fat Stomach Through A Twice-A-Day Workout

Guess what's the most asked question in the entire weight loss scene? It is how to lose that fat stomach. It is of course no mystery. A fat belly gains no respect. It shows through your clothes. It jiggles when you brisk walk. And let's not get into how funny children find it when you jog with it.

Of course, feeling that you deserve a better-looking tummy is not the same as having a sensible plan to lose that fat stomach. There are phases or steps involved. Losing weight is always a methodical process.

You have to know that to lose pounds of fat, on any part of your body, you will have to reduce your body's overall fat. This means you have to reduce your body's overall body fat, and not just the ones you are obsessed about: your tummy.

This means that in losing weight, you will also be ditching the flabs on your thighs, flabby arms, breast fat, double chin, and of course that fat stomach.

To help you ditch that fat stomach in around two weeks, you need to:

*be motivated. No kidding. You have to visualize your goal and keep thinking and dreaming about it. You will need to post reminders in your home and even in your office. These reminders, which can be posters of slim people, can make you guilty on days you are slouching off, and driven on days that you are putting in the hours of workout and sticking to that diet.

*work out two times a day. Again, no kidding here. To seriously lose that fat stomach, you will be doing around twenty to half and hour of cardiovascular workouts in the morning and weight training at night. You can run or do aerobics for a straight twenty minutes and then rest and go on with the rest of your day. After work, or at sunset, you hit the gym at do weight training.

If you do the above steps for at least two weeks, you are sure to lose that fat stomach.
